About this service

Find A Roofer (“we”, “us”) is a free lead-referral service operated by Find A Roofer (ABN: [pending registration]). We connect homeowners in Greater Sydney with independent roofing professionals who hold a current NSW Fair Trading contractor licence.

Free service

Submitting a quote request through our website is completely free for homeowners. We charge participating roofers a referral fee — not you.

No guarantee of match availability

We endeavour to match every enquiry with a suitable local roofer. However, we cannot guarantee that a roofer will be available in your area or for your particular job at the time of your enquiry.

Independent contractors

All roofers connected through Find A Roofer are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Find A Roofer. Each roofer is responsible for:

• Their own licensing, insurance, and compliance with NSW law
• The quality and safety of their workmanship
• The accuracy of any quotes or estimates they provide
• Entering into any contract directly with you

Find A Roofer is not a party to any agreement between you and a roofer, and accepts no liability for work carried out by any roofer in our network.

NSW Fair Trading licensing

We verify that roofers in our network hold a current NSW Fair Trading contractor licence before accepting them. You are encouraged to independently verify a roofer’s licence status on the NSW Government register before proceeding with any work.

Service area

Our service is currently limited to Greater Sydney, including the Inner West, North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Hills District, Sutherland Shire, Western Sydney, and Northern Beaches. We are expanding to additional regions soon.

Your information

By submitting a quote request you agree to our Privacy Policy, including the sharing of your contact details with a single matched roofer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Find A Roofer’s liability for any claim arising from use of this service is limited to re-supplying the referral service. We do not accept liability for losses arising from the conduct of any roofer introduced through our platform.
