• Your mobile phone number
• Your postcode
• Details about the roofing job you need

We may also collect technical information such as URL parameters (e.g. UTM campaign tags) to understand how you found us, so we can improve our advertising.

How we use your information

Your information is used solely to match you with one licensed local roofer who will contact you directly by SMS to arrange a free on-site inspection.

We do not:

• Sell your information to third parties
• Add you to mailing lists or marketing databases
• Share your details with more than one roofer per enquiry
• Contact you ourselves for marketing purposes

Who we share your information with

We share your name, phone number, postcode, and job details with a single matched NSW Fair Trading licensed roofing professional in our network who services your area. That roofer will contact you by SMS to confirm your free inspection time.

How we store your data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain your enquiry data for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the service and comply with any legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@findaroofer.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

We use session storage (not persistent cookies) to retain your referral source information within a single browser session. No tracking cookies are set.
